The study has the objective is to receive an artificial method of trial in the judicial review for laws and regulations under the Act are considered to be contrary to the legislation there on submitted to the Supreme Court for further abbreviated (MA). To achieve these objectives, in this study, is used normative juridical approach with descriptive-analytic nature. Descriptive because the results of this study are expected to provide an overall picture which then rediscovered Trial Application Method In The Judicial Review in MA
Observation of actual case management to be the basis for further analysis based on the laws and groove trial. The results of such observations further exploited to formulate a method in accordance with the provisions of the trial court proceedings in which the principles of two (2) levels.
In this study resulted in finding a) knows unsynchronized prototype method in judicial review trial in the Supreme Court (MA) against the principle of the trial that the principles of two (2) levels, (b) the actual trial the applicant was not given the space to express his defense due to the design of the trial that only one direction. Furthermore, the results of this study indicate that a) the dominant factor affecting the judicial review Test is a petition in the Supreme Court considered the issue only legal norms conflicting so unnecessary trial 2 (two) levels and only one direction. b) petition for judicial review in the Supreme Court due to the regulations under the Act are contrary to the Laws and Regulations on which it is the result of Deeds Forming Regulation Legislation that does not comply with the rules (defined law) that required the presence of former Rule Legislation in the judicial review trials in the Supreme Court (MA) to exercise the right answer.
